Fonny Dameaty Hutagalung (Bachelor of Psychology (UMA), Master and PhD of Psychology (UKM) are Associate Professor in Department of Educational Psychology and Counselling, Faculty of Education, Universiti Malaya, Malaysia. She is also Editor Guest, Advanced Science Letter Journal, Editor Guest, Education and Information Technology (Springer).
