Sergey Suchkov, graduated from Astrakhan State Medical University with MD in 1980. From 1980 through 1983 has been working as Res Associate, and from 1983 through 1985 as Senior Res Associate at the Inst of Medicical Enzymology, USSR Academy of Medical Sciences. In 1985, maintained his PhD at the Sechenov University. From 1986 through 1994 was a Senior Res Associate at a variety of the Research Institutions and Universities in Moscow. In 1989-1993, was trained at the NEI, NIH, Bethesda, MD, USA, and Wills Eye Hospital, Philadelphia, PA, USA, as well as at some of the British universities on the invitation of the Royal Society for Immunology. From 1994 through 2006, was a Director of the Division for Clinical Immunology & Immunobiotechnology, Vladimiskii Moscow Clinical Research Institute (MONIKI). In 2002, maintained his Doctor’s Degree at the National Institute of Immunology, Russia. From 2006 through 2014, was The First Vice-President responsible for Personalized and Precision Medicine of The University of World Politics and Law, Moscow, Russia. From 2003 through 2021, was a Professor of the Dept for Clinical Human Pathology of Sechenov University,Moscow, Russia. From 2014 through 2021, was a Professor and Chair of the Dept (since 2016 The Director of the Center) for Personalized & Precision Medicine of Sechenov University,Moscow, Russia. From 2021 through Jan 2023, is a Professor, Chair of the Dept for Personalized Medicine, Precision Nutriology & Biodesign, and Vice-Director for Research, International Collaboration & Development of the Institute for Biotechology & Global Health of the RosBioTech National University, Russia. From 2007 through the present time, is a Professor of the Dept for Clinical Allergology & Immunology of the Russian University of Medicine, Moscow, Russia. From 2004 through 2021 was staying in USA, Europe and Japan, whilst doing a lot to implement technologies of Personalized and Precision Healthcare services into the daily clinical practice.

Dr Jixin Ma is a Full Professor of Computer Science (Artificial Intelligence) and the Director of PhD/Postgraduate Research Programme in the School of Computing and Mathematical Sciences at University of Greenwich, U.K. He has been the Director of the Centre for Computer and Computational Science and the Lead of Artificial Intelligence Research Group. Professor Ma is also a Visiting Professor of Beijing Normal University, Hainan University, Anhui University, Zhengzhou Light Industrial University and Macau City University. Professor Ma obtained his BSc and MSc of Mathematics in 1982 and 1988, respectively, and PhD of Computer Sciences in 1994. His main research areas include Artificial Intelligence, Data Science, and Information Systems, with special interests in Temporal Logic, Information Security, Machine Learning, Case-Based Reasoning and Pattern Recognition. Professor Ma has been a member British Computer Society, American Association of Artificial Intelligence, ACIS/IEEE, World Scientific and Engineering Society, and Special Group of Artificial Intelligence of BCS. He has also been the Editor of several international journals and international conference proceedings, Conference/Program Chair, and Invited Keynote Speakers of many international conferences. Professor Ma has published more than 200 research papers in peer-reviewed international journals and conferences.
Oon Chern Ein

Associate Professor Dr. Oon Chern Ein is dedicated to advancing innovative cancer therapies. She earned her BSc (First Class Hons) in Biotechnology from Universiti Kebangsaan Malaysia and pursued her DPhil in Medical Oncology at the University of Oxford, United Kingdom. Following this, she trained as a postdoctoral fellow at Karolinska Institutet, Sweden. She has served as a lecturer at Universiti Sains Malaysia since 2013. Chern's work in molecular therapeutics has earned her numerous prestigious awards, including the L'Oreal-UNESCO For Women in Science National Fellowship (2015), the Women of the Future Awards (South East Asia), and the Malaysian National Young Scientist Award (2018). She was further recognized with the Promising Academician Award and Excellent Service Award by the Malaysian Ministry of Higher Education (2019), alongside the British Council Study UK Alumni Award (Professional Achievement Category) and MINDS Women Scientist Award in 2020. Most recently, she received the Singapore Academies-ASEAN Fellowship from the Singapore National Research Foundation to train in drug discovery at A*STAR Singapore to strengthen her industrial insights. Her multidisciplinary research encompasses drug discovery, cancer-targeted therapies, and bioengineering solutions through collaborations with industry partners. She holds two granted patents in Malaysia (MY-203445-A, MY-199524-A) for small molecule inhibitors targeting anti-cancer and anti-angiogenesis pathways. As a member of the Global Young Academy, Chern actively champions female empowerment and education for all. Chern's research continues to bridge academia and industry, striving to transform cancer therapy through novel therapeutic strategies.
Yibeltal Kiflie Alemayehu

Dr Yibeltal is a public health professional with rich experiences in program evaluation and leading large-scale assessments. He has immense experiences of applying his expertise in the design, implementation, and evaluation of social programs. He has been a consultant to a number of national and sub-national studies involving large-sale quantitative and qualitative studies. He participated in more than 20 national and sub-national assessments and evaluations as a lead or a member. Yibeltal has immense experiences in managing stakeholders in contexts where translating evidence into policy and practice is at stake. He has worked very closely with the Ministry of Health, Regional Health Bureaus, Universities, Research Institutes, and other organizations relevant to health research in Ethiopia. He is also an Assistant Professor at Jimma University.
Khin Thandar Aung

Khin Thandar Aung graduated from the University of Nursing, Yangon, Myanmar, with a Bachelor in Nursing Science (BNSc) in 1998. She began her career as a staff nurse at a private medical center in Myanmar, later transitioning to a role as a clinical instructor/local preceptor at the Nursing Training School of Yangon General Hospital (YGH). In 2006, she earned her Master in Nursing Science (MNSc) from the University of Nursing, Yangon, specializing in gynecology-oncology.
She subsequently served as a lecturer at the University of Nursing, Mandalay, Myanmar, for 10 years, followed by two years as a clinical instructor at Asia Metropolitan University in Malaysia, where she also completed a Postgraduate Certificate in Teaching Methodology (PGTM). Later, she joined the Kulliyyah of Nursing, IIUM, as a lecturer in the Medical-Surgical Nursing Department. In 2016, she achieved a Diploma in Teaching English to Speakers of Other Languages (TESOL) from the United Kingdom. Currently, she is a lecturer in the Critical Care Nursing Department at the Kulliyyah of Nursing, IIUM.
